This website does not set any cookies, does not embed any third-party services, and uses neither analytics nor tracking tools. Fonts and images are delivered from our own server rather than loaded from an external network. There are no forms and no user accounts.

Visiting this website (server log files)

Every time you visit, your browser transmits technically necessary data, which the hosting provider stores in log files:

• IP address of the requesting device,
• date and time of the request,
• name and address of the file requested,
• amount of data transferred and a message on whether the request succeeded,
• the previously visited page (referrer), if transmitted,
• browser type and version as well as operating system.

The purpose is to deliver the page and to ensure the security and stability of operations (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is not evaluated for marketing purposes or combined with other data. The log files are deleted after 14 days at the latest.

Hosting

The website is hosted by united-domains GmbH, Gautinger Straße 10, 82319 Starnberg, Germany. The host processes the data mentioned above on our behalf and according to our instructions; a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place.

No cookies, no third-party services

Neither cookies nor comparable storage technologies are used. The page does not load any content from external servers – the font used is stored locally on this domain, so no connection to Google Fonts or any other network is established.

Links to other websites

This website links to Apple's App Store. Data only reaches Apple once you click such a link; Apple's Privacy Policy applies there.

Contacting us by email

If you write to info@codewave.de, we process your email address and the content of your message solely to deal with your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if it concerns the use of one of our apps, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Messages are deleted once the matter has been finally resolved and no retention obligations apply.

Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your rights, a message to info@codewave.de is enough.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg, Lautenschlagerstraße 20, 70173 Stuttgart, Germany.

Obligation to provide data and changes

The website can be used without providing any personal data. Beyond the technically necessary connection data mentioned above, you do not have to provide anything; without that data, delivering the page would not be technically possible. This policy will be updated whenever the content or technology of the website changes; the version published here at any given time applies.
